Conflict-Free & Responsible Minerals Policy — "We do not purchase or use minerals from controversial sources that directly fund conflicts or contribute to severe human rights abuses."

Power Glory places great importance on addressing human rights, conflict, and environmental risks associated with minerals in its supply chain. We conduct supply chain due diligence in alignment with the *Chinese Due Diligence Guidelines for Responsible Mineral Supply Chains* (issued by the CCCMC), the *OECD Guidelines for Responsible Business Conduct*, and the *OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas*. Furthermore, our practices comply with international regulations and directives, including the EU’s *Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive* (CSDDD, Directive (EU) 2024/1760), *Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive* (CSRD, Directive (EU) 2022/2464), and the *EU Battery Regulation* (Regulation (EU) 2023/1542). We adhere to the latest, currently effective versions of these standards to ensure comprehensive due diligence across our entire mineral supply chain, fulfilling our commitment as a responsible corporate citizen.

We firmly oppose all forms of severe human rights abuses within the mineral supply chain, including torture, forced labor, the worst forms of child labor, sexual violence, and war crimes. We strictly prohibit the procurement or use of minerals that directly or indirectly fund non-state armed groups—such as insurgent forces, militias, or other armed organizations operating outside the control of a legitimate government. We also reject non-compliant practices, including bribery, the falsification of mineral origins, and money laundering. We have established risk management mechanisms to address issues such as security at mining sites, tax and fee payments, occupational health and safety, and the risk of child labor. Should any high-risk scenarios—as described above—be identified among our upstream suppliers, we will implement risk mitigation measures and, if necessary, suspend or terminate our business relationship with the supplier in question. In alignment with the requirements of the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI), we conduct supply chain due diligence on 3TG (tantalum, tin, tungsten, and gold) as well as extended minerals—including cobalt, mica, copper, lithium, nickel, and natural graphite. We require our suppliers to submit accurate CMRT and EMRT reports, disclose information regarding the sources of their smelters and refiners, and extend our responsible mineral management requirements further upstream in the supply chain.

We commit that:

Incorporating responsible mineral sourcing requirements into supplier cooperation agreements, mandating that suppliers disclose the origins of their minerals and sign a responsible mineral sourcing commitment;

Promoting transparency and traceability within the mineral supply chain, and working to identify, prevent, and mitigate risks associated with minerals sourced from conflict-affected and high-risk areas;

Maintaining a robust supply chain compliance management system, including the ongoing assessment and monitoring of suppliers;

Engaging actively in multi-stakeholder dialogues and collaborations—involving industry peers, government bodies, and civil society organizations—to collectively address systemic risks within the mineral supply chain;

Periodically reviewing this policy to continuously refine and improve our supply chain due diligence practices.

Power Glory is dedicated to fostering the sustainable development of global mineral trade and minimizing the negative social and environmental impacts arising from mineral extraction and commerce. We expect our suppliers to adhere to this Responsible Mineral Sourcing Policy. Through responsible procurement management, we aim to implement effective risk control across the mineral supply chain, collaborate with our suppliers to manage these risks, and ensure full compliance with both customer requirements and regulatory standards.
